For a national broadcast organisation:
Partnered with key HR people to achieve the goal of the GM Human Resources to provide a 'gift' of personal development training for non-managerial staff. The results of the programme provided data for use as a needs analysis to design and develop individual personal skill development workshops for all staff.

Emerging and potential leaders were very quickly identified and engaged after a one-day workshop, in the first stages of a longer-term leadership development programme.

For the Officer Cadet School of one of NZ's armed forces
A competency check list developed which captured the intellectual knowledge of 'subject matter experts'. This greatly improved the accuracy and consistency of teaching by instructors. Cadets also able to know specifically what standard is required, as well as self-assess.
Instructors coached in our methodology which means that standards are maintained without outside support.
